HERA invites motivated graduate students to join its inaugural Graduate Student Council (GSC). This group, led by four elected representatives, aims to empower fellow graduate students by offering leadership roles, facilitating peer-to-peer communication within HERA, and advocating for the interests of graduate student members.

As a potential emerging scholar, joining the HERA GSC will provide you the opportunity to collaborate with fellow representatives and scholars in the HERA community. You can also plan and execute HERA communications and initiatives to support the growth and development of HERA.

  • Elected members will be working from 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025. Any HERA graduate student member who does not graduate before 31 July 2025 can apply.
  • Students of any nationality and residence can apply, but all meetings will be held in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) +8~10 working hours.

GSC coordinators should be responsible for:

  • attending GSC meetings
