Newsletter Submission Guidelines

  2. Message Length: Your submission message should be concise and to the point, with a maximum length of 200 words. This ensures that our newsletter remains informative and engaging while accommodating multiple contributions.
  3. Attachments: If you have any accompanying materials, such as images, documents, webpage links, or multimedia files, you may include them as attachments to your submission. Please ensure that any attachments are relevant to your submission and adhere to our content guidelines.
  4. Submission Format: Please format your submission according to the following structure:
    • Title or Headline (if applicable)
    • Content Message (within the 200-word limit)
    • Attachments (if any)
  5. Submission Deadline: Submission Deadline: Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis for our biweekly newsletters. Each submission is reviewed for inclusion in the upcoming issue.
  6. Review and Approval: All submissions will be reviewed by the HERA managing team for suitability, relevance, and compliance with our guidelines. We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, or formatting as needed. Please note that submission may not guarantee inclusion in the newsletter.
  7. Contact Information: Please include your name, affiliation (if applicable), and contact information (email address) with your submission. This allows us to follow up with any questions or clarifications regarding your submission.
